Not responding
I can’t get my doorbell to detect motion or live view or anything when ringing the doorbell. Not showing up on my app but the doorbell will still ring. It says chat is unavailable to troubleshoot. All the other troubleshooting says it’s still working. Please help!

I have the same problem. My Ring 2 has worked perfectly for many months, it nowdoes not ring the doorbell and does not detect motion. I have tried resetting it but it doesn't work. The device health check says everything is OK. Wifi is good.
