Not receiving motion alerts on gen 2 doorbell

Setting up a new Gen 2 doorbell. Everything works except I dont receive motion alerts. Tried every fix I could find uncluding power reset & uninstalling the app with no luck. Help!

Hi @user38320. What type of phone are you using and what OS version is installed? Also, what Ring app version do you have installed? Do you have Motion Alerts toggled on in the Ring app? Are you using [Modes for Cameras](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-your-Ring-Cameras-with-Modes)? This information will give us a better understanding of what is happening here.
