Not getting notification from Ring app

Can someone please help me with this as I am not getting any notifications from Ring door bell app for the last two days. I have tried re-login , re-installed the app etc but still no luck. TIA ASREEVAS

Hello, many thanks for helping out. Cleared Cache for the Ring app and now started getting notifications. Thanks again !
