Not alerting
My doorbell is not alerting me when my phone is locked. As soon as I unlock it, the doorbell rings, but long after people have rung it and left the door. Also, it did not alert me yesterday when a package was left on my porch. I discovered it only when I got an email from UPS saying the package had been delivered. Suggestions?

Hi @SShanfield! The best first step here will be to remove and reinstall the Ring app to ensure it is up to date, and all permissions are accepted. Please also ensure bluetooth, VPN, and do not disturb mode is disabled. Depending on your phone type, there might also be apps installed that might conflict with other app notifications. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :)
