No ringing sound on iPad and iPhone!

I’ve recently purchased the black Blink Video Doorbell | Two-way audio, HD video, motion and chime app alerts, and Alexa enabled — and I installed it without a wire. I can’t seem to be able to do the following! How can I make my camera doorbell ring be heard on my iPad and iPhone. The doorbell cannot *emphasized text*be be heard on my iPad or iPhone when someone rings my doorbell. What can I do to fix this? 😢🥺😭**strong text**
