My Ring Peephole unit is NOT detecting, recording or alerting me to any motion when the unit is facing towards the front door. I have received numerous deliveries and nothing is being detected. Ive read the FAQ sections, altered settings, used the tutorials and suggestions from the app. If i open the door, then it sends me alerts or if someone walks in front of the camera, but only when the door is open. Ideas?
