No desktop or mobile motion notifications

over the the last week I've noticed i am not getting any notifications at night mostly . my last notification was just after 10 pm last night its now 2 am am still no motion notifications .no desktop or mobile motion notifications. I've reset everything etc but still every day it just stops working when it feels like it . . i still do get notifications if someone pressed the door bells but any motion from security cameras or door bells i get no notifications at all . is the fault on ring side ? please fix this asap .
