No Alexia Video on motion alert?

I have the Ring door bell Pro. I also have 2 Alexia Shows. When I have a Motion Alert I get Notified on my Alexia that there was a motion alert. Shouldn't I have pictures of the front door shown on my Alexia Show? If I say to Alexia show me the front door it will show me the front door. When I have a motion Alert the Alexia shows Motion Alert detected but no pictures
