Need a new mounting bracket for Ring Pro v2

We use a Ring Pro v2 video doorbell and the mounting bracket has worn to the point where the screws connecting the doorbell to the bracket plate won't hold well. One screw will pull the other out so right now we have the bell cover off and one screw is holding the doorbell to the wall. I think a new bracket is all I need and wondered if we could have one sent to us. The piece that the screws go into is really all I need. I've been unable to contact customer service (chat points me to the phone number and I've been on hold awhile) so I thought to post here. Jeremy
