My phone is the only one not getting notifications
We installed a doorbell, and my son and husband both receive notifications, but I don't. We all have the same settings.

I had that problem and reinstalled the app on my phone. This fixed the problem for me.

My phone stopped getting Ring notifications. I’ve deleted app. Reinstalled. I get live feed and if I ring doorbell. But no motion notifications. All alerts are on?? Ring has worked great for 5 years?

Hi @Sbmoss. I was able to find this Community [post](https://community.ring.com/t/ring-app-notifications-have-stopped/194723) where another neighbor had a similar concern. There is a marked solution with steps to try and what to do if those steps do not work.
