My internal chimes sounds when the ring doorbell isn’t pressed. Ring does not make a sound or notification.

Since installing Ring, my internal doorbell chime will come on when no one is at the door and no one has pressed the Ring doorbell. It happens randomly at all hours of the day, maybe 4-5 times a day. I have had Ring support techs on the phone and all they do is change settings back and forth. One tech turns something on then another turns tech it off. They have no clue. I have Ring set to human detection only. It is as of Ring sends out a random signal or the two wires were touched together bypassing Ring.  Could Ring have an internal problem? Has anyone experienced this.  I will add that initially Ring was installed exactly according to instructions and the internal chime didn’t work. Ring support told me to remove that power pod was installed in the chime in the instructions. Once removed the internal chimes works when the Ring is pressed.
