Multiple ring doorbells but devices only showing 1
I have a ring doorbell at the front of my house and at the back of my house. At one point they were both functioning fine and I could see them both in my “devices”. Now only one shows up, so I take the one that doesn’t show up off and re- reset it up. Once I do that that then is the only doorbell that shows under “devices” and the other one doesn’t show. I keep pulling them off and resetting to try to have both show under “devices” but to no avail. I am incredibly frustrated with this and about to throw them both out.

Hi @user_9197a4. It sounds like you have a duplicate location set up, with one Ring Doorbell on each location. Tapping the location name in the top center of the Ring app dashboard will bring up a drop-down list of all the locations you have. You can move one Doorbell to be on the same location as the other one, then delete the duplicate location. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
