Motion sensing distance change

So i have had a ring alarm pro 2 for a bit over a year and have added another for my back door, stick up cams and spot light cams. I loved them. Lately im missing motion recordings. I use to be able to pick up motion in my street. Ive had my mailbox almost taken out and would like to have it on video if it ever happens. Motion sensitivity is at it max, im at a loss. Coyld low transformer voltage cause this? I have a low transformer voltage mesaage and have has this from the beginning and there were never any issues. Any suggestions?
