Motion alerts off, Alexa constsnt giving motion alerts

Hello, I have a ring doorbell and when my door opens it now constantly notifies me at all hours when the door is opened with “motion detected st the front door” Motion alerts are off, why is this happening? I note my subscription has expired - I assume this is rings way of annoying me into buying it again, which I had planned on but find it incredibly poor form that such an annoying thing would happen and a setting would be invalidated. Thanks for any thoughts.

Hi @briterican. This sounds like our Motion Warning feature. You'll need to toggle this off to not hear "Motion Detected at the Front Door". This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048674751-Motion-Warning-Information) has more information on this. Let me know if this is helpful.
