I recently spent 700$ and bought the whole security and door bell kit with flood light cameras and I see that my mechanical chime does not work no matter what I do. It was working fine with Arlo

Hi @user_04e125. We'll need more information in order to assist. Which model Ring Doorbell do you have? You can locate the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, what is the make and model of your chime kit?
