Hi @Minerva2. Are these announcements coming from a Chime, Ring App or an Alexa device? I would first ensure that the Doorbell is labeled in the app as Front Door. Do this in the Ring app by selecting- Menu \> Devices \> (Ring Device) \> Device Settings \> General Settings \> Device Name. Where the announcements are coming from will dictate what steps you'll need to make next.
