Loud static noise and video freezes with Ring Doorbell Pro

This happened a few times already. Doorbell Pro detects motion and starts recording video but within a second of the motion, the video freezes and a loud static noise comes out of the doorbell. The video freezes the moment the static noise starts. Had talked to support and they had recommended a reset of the unit, which has be done already. Problem reoccured a week or so later.
