Looking for advice on using doorbell camera as a onetime vehicle security system

Hi there, this may seem a little out of the box, but here we go... I'm heading away for a trade show that has a few overnights with my display in my vehicle. I am nervous to leave the items unattended, but can not sleep in my vehicle.  I have a doorbell camera, and a spare iPhone with 50gb of data available. Is there away to sync the doorbell camera to the phone for data or even a wifi hotspot and have it send alerts to my regular iPhone incase the worst happens and a door is opened or window smashed (movement).  Any insight?
