Live View not working while on Wifi
This seems to be a fairly common issue - which I have started experiencing starting yesterday.1) Live view does not work while my phone is on wifi.2) It works immediately after switching off wifi and going to cellular.3) Motion alerts do trigger. 4) I have also noticed in the device health page that the battery has been dropping about 1% per day. The battery has always been at 100% charge every time I looked at it. Even though this is concerning, I don't know if this is the cause since the battery was still at 96%+ despite dropping. What i've tried so far: 1) Re-register the doorbell in the app.2) Reset wifi router.I have read that this could be caused by poor phone/wifi performance but again, this only started happening yesterday. The doorbell has been flawless for 1+ year since we got it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @tmac_ring. If this is happening when it's only on wifi, there could be something on your phone that is prohibiting the Live View. Do you have a VPN active on the phone? This could be conflicting with the ability to Live Video. This list of apps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889983-Android-Apps-that-Conflict-with-the-Ring-App) could be conflicting with the Ring App as well. I hope this information helps!
