Lighting from Color to B/W
At night when viewing the camera goes from excellent color viewing to darkened black and white without doing amything. It does it frequently and I have tried everything to correct in settings with no luck. Some days its great in color and visability and others its b/w only. Please help.

Hi @Genesis. Can you let us know which model of Ring Doorbell or Camera you have? The night vision cannot be toggled on or off, but it should only switch on at night when it is dark and there's not sufficient light in the Ring's view. If you don't mind, can you please share a screenshot of your Ring's Live View with the regular color view on and with the black and white night vision on? I'd be happy to take a look and help clear things up. :)
