Issues, Ring camera not loading on live view. Terrible customer service.
Our cameras were installed 2 months ago and are completely up to date (Ring Doorbell wired and floodlight plus). Wifi strength is good, however, when our doorbell rings we cannot respond with 2 way talk because it will not load in any reasonable time. We've had multiple people walk away after ringing the doorbell because we cannot answer in time. We need assistance ensuring the camera will load, we tried to reach out on the online webchat, however this was completely pointless. Terrible customer service, and without the ability to load this is a terrible product. Please assist

Hi @user_5e0297. Checking your device's signal strength was a great first step. I also recommend trying to reboot your Camera using the Ring app. Reboot your router as well to see if it helps. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
