Hi. I keep getting vertical lines where I should have footage. And back footage in daylight. What’s going on? I am paying for this service

Hi there, @Lisalisa21! Video quality or connection concerns are often related to wifi or mobile device connection. Check out your [RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), to ensure for optimal wifi signal. If you have a battery powered Video Doorbell, brining it inside near the router is a great way to test video. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device.
