Is my wall affecting my night vision

Hi, I have just installed my wired doorbell abd the image is ok during tbe day but at night it only seems to show the wall next to it. Due to the construction of my home there is a ~80cm wall painted white to camera right of it and so I am not sure if that is affecting the focus during the day and if that is the reason I am not getting anything at night and casuing an over exposure in nught vison?

Hi @user24155. You're correct that the wall is affecting the focus at night, as the infrared light from the Doorbell is reflecting off the wall. Which model of Video Doorbell do you have? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. We offer Corner Kits for various Doorbell models, which can help you angle the view of your Doorbell away from the wall so the view at night is better.
