Ring Video Doorbell
Internet provider problems
I have had my Ring doorbell approximately 2 years and I have had a spotlight cam for several months. Both were working very well, no problems, until about 2-3 weeks ago. Since that time I cannot see any video nor can I do a live view. I still receive alerts (although they don't save in history) but I cannot open them. Still pictures, however, are saved. I have contacted Ring support numerous times and they have been unable to help, pointing me to internet provider. I have contacted my internet provider who says everything on their end is fine, pointing me to Ring support. This is crazy making. I just want my cameras to work, espeically with holidays coming. Has anyone had a similar problem? I have AT&T internet, signal to both devices is really good.
