Installing Ring App on multiple ipads some microphone access and others no option

So we have multiple iPads and one iPhone downloaded with ring app. I noticed my phone and one iPad has privacy giving microphone access to ring while other iPads don’t even have a microphone to toggle on or off, not even there. How do we get the microphone to show up for iPads to give permission to? I have a feeling this access is what makes the iPads ring when someone pushes the doorbell. The iPhone and the one iPad would ring when rings the ring.
