Hi @Calamy. If your in-home chime is no longer ringing with your Video Doorbell, try these additional steps: - [Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-).- Factory reset your Doobrell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).- Verify there is still power at your wires by using a voltmeter, and make sure your in-home chime itself is still functioning without the Video Doorbell. If you are not comfortable with hardwiring, we recommend consulting a qualified electrician.
