Hi guys please be kind with comments, newbie here. I can’t hear the chime on my doorbell and people bang at my door because I can’t hear them I missed lots of parcels. Please help

Hi @user72506. In the Ring app, make sure you have Ring Alerts toggled on under Devices > Ring Doorbell. Then ensure your phone isn’t turned to silent mode or Do Not Disturb mode, as that would silence or suppress notifications. Lastly, check that the Ring app has permission to send notifications in your phone’s settings.
