I bought a Ring Video doorbell in July 2024 battery operated and we have been getting lots of Phantom ringing
troubleshooting
Do I just send it back to Amazon as faulty?

Hi @user_6aa75c. Which model of Ring Doorbell is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps yet? An easy step to start with is a reboot, which you can find on the Device Health page as well.
