Hardwired video doorbell lost it's wifi connection. it's attached. I cannot access that orange button on the back!

Doorbell is attached. I cannot access that stupid orange button on the back! how am I supposed to reconnect to wifi?? it's been out for a week. no reason for this problem. nothing changed. So frustrating. why can't I reconnect from the app without tearing it off the outside wall??????????
