Hardware version

Question

How could you determine the hardware version (generation) of the devices in use - in this case the wired doorbell-? I cannot find this in the app.

Hi @fam. You can find all of the information on which Ring device you have by looking at the Device Health page in the Ring App. This will show you which model of Doorbell or Security Camera you have. You can also find this information on the back of your Ring device itself or on the original packaging. :)
