Faulty product

I have two ring door cameras first one works amazing and I've had it the longest, the second one is newer and will not stay connected to the internet no matter what I do, no matter what steps I take. I've contacted customer service multiple times to help me with this problem and I still got nowhere. They just walked me through all these troubleshooting steps that get me nowhere, when I know it's the product that's defected and because they've taken so long the manufacturing warranty is no longer available
