Failure to reconnect to Wi-Fi
My ring doorbell stopped working a few days ago. The app says that it is not connected to the Wi-Fi. I go through the connection process, the app recognizes the doorbell, it asks which Wi-Fi network to join and enter the password, and then it asks if where the white light is flashing. It’s a blue light spinning. I know the Wi-Fi password is right. I reset the doorbell and the router and the same thing happens. Has anyone encountered this before?
