Doorbell Pro snapshot refresh
My Doorbell Pro (wired) used to refresh during list/grid view like the other stickup and gen2 cameras based on snapshot intervals set for each. When opening up the Ring app the stickup and Gen2 cameras show latest snapshot and current countdown but the Pro shows a snapshot that is many hours old even 24-48hrs and won’t update until I go to “Live” mode and back again. Happens every day. Snapshot set to 15sec (tried all settings) no change. Is there a limit for snapshot? Home standard plan.

Hi @Zeroroadkill1. It sounds like you're referring to the Camera Preview tile on the Ring app dashboard. For wired devices, this should update fairly regularly, as long as Live View is enabled. Have you used the reboot option from the Device Health page? What is the last reported signal strength?

Since we added a second location, our camera preview no longer functions because there is a pop up everytime I open the app that says "Want to resume premium features?, Learn how" and this pop up prevents the camera snapshot from udating. Not sure if this is what is happening for you. If that is it, Ring will not remove the pop up unless you upgrade to the premium plan. I hope that is not what is happening for you.
