Doorbell pro shutdown when pressed

I am really out of idea at this point...I have the doorbell pro for about 2 years and it was working fine and it suddenly started to shutdown after somebody was at the door and pressing the video doorbell...First I checked the wires and make sure everything was ok. Voltage on the app is showing 4000 mV..I verified the mechanical chime and the ring pro kit and everything also seems fine...I went in my garage and heard the bell transformer been very loud...I decided to replaced it. Still the same issue...last week I bought the ring chime and I am still having the same problem...the only thing I did not replace at this point is the video doorbell.I am out of the idea at this point...kind of disappointed to see a product not been working after 2 years..
