Doorbell Pro sending dark distorted picture

My video doorbell pro picture randomly gets distorted and black. A cycle of the doorbell power will reset it. After I got sick of doing that, I went through the troubleshooting with an agent and we ended up doing a factory reset the device. Of course it was working after that so the call was ended. Now its failed again and the next agent wants to start over from ground zero. Been there, done that. I just want a new doorbell!
