Doorbell Pro Chiming issues
Have a Doorbell pro here. Working great for 3+ years. Recently the doorbell won't chime outside and ring mechanical doorbell when pressed. Outside it tries to chime but cuts out. Inside nothing, after a power reset it works for a while then stops. Already replaced power supply. Motion/Phone alerts work with no issue. Doorbell alerts on phone work with no issue, just the device itself and mechanical doorbell. Any thoughts and thanks for the help. #video-doorbell-pro

If possible, try to safely take some pictures of your doorbell transformer and chime kit. These will help the support agent determine the best course of action.
