Doorbell overrides iPhone’s Do Not Disturb

When on business trips, I configure my iPhone to ‘Do Not Disturb’ for early in the evening. Friends of our kids sometimes ring the doorbell at 10 PM and the Ring app goes off. It’s the only app that overrides my iPhone configuration. How can I change it?
