Good question, @The_Doves! The light ring or LED indicator around the Video Doorbell button is a status and setup indicator. At this time, the light cannot be customized, altered, or adjusted via settings. The light will let you know of updates, setup mode status, connection status during setup, and some models will also show a LED when wired to sufficient power. Otherwise, it cannot be changed.
