Since the remote ring update door bell 2 nd generation has lost its path to the WIFi never been any issues till now Says that my app needs updating but it is the latest one gets to 95% loading and cancels out its absolutely doing my head in been trying for 2 weeks now no change WIFI working fine for everything else Please help!!

Hi @user_1ed39f. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Try uninstalling the Ring app completely, then installing the latest version from the app store. After that's done, attempt to set your Ring Doorbell up again using the steps under Set Up a Device. We have some troubleshooting steps here that cover common errors or issues you may encounter.
