Doorbell delay

I get a huge delay before I get the notification on my phone. My plug in chime can ring, I can get to my front door, deal with whoever is there and when they've gone and I shut the door, my phone will then ring.

It's likely not a signal issue with the Doorbell itself, but it's always a good idea to verify the [signal strength](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength) on the Device Health page to rule that out. I'd also recommend making sure your Ring app and your phone's software are fully updated. Additionally, check that your phone has a good connection either through wifi or through mobile data.
