Doorbell battery only shows green light

Hi One of the batteries for my Video Doorbell 2 shows only a green light when connected to charge. I know it's flat (or at least not working) as I've only just taken it out of the doorbell. Is the unit dead or is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance

Hi there, @bournerj! Unfortunately there is not any troubleshooting that can be done with a battery, other than charging it. Please ensure it is being charged with the included micro usb cable, and try different outlets, ports, or charging boxes.
