Doorbell 4 randomly doesn't pick up people or doesn't ring

We just replaced our old ring doorbell with the doorbell 4. So we know our internet works, bc it did with the old one. A month after install the new doorbell will miss a person at the door to notify me and then if the ring the doorbell it doesn't actually ring. But if I play back the video it shows the person at our door and pressing the button.
