Doorbell 2 - utter rubbish

I bought the Doorbell 2 - big mistake. 1. The setup instructions are useless since they seem to apply to the original doorbell 2. The doorbell doesn't have a removable battery and has to be totally unmounted to recharge 3. Even more frustrating - there is no QR code or Pin code on the box or in the instructions. To change the WiFi yet again the doorbell has to be totally unmounted to access the hidden details on the back of the device Pretty much a very negative experience.
