I have two 1st generation doorbells and one 2nd generation… the two 1st generation doorbells stopped working when batterie needed to be recharged … both are not connecting anymore to the wifi… orange button reset is not working. The doorbells are not getting in reset mode … one has just a solid white light …even it is not connected to power. The second doorbell has a fully loaded batterie but is not resetting at all. Is there another way to reset the device?
