Door bell not ringing on iPhone

My iPhone is sounding Motion Alarm but not Ring Alarm when door bell is pressed. Partners iPhone is working OK. Advice please.

    Hey @Arismac! I recommend first checking that the "ring alerts" toggle is toggled on in your app for that particular device. If this does not resolve it, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your mobile device. Let me know if this works! :)

      Very well done, many thanks. I think I got an auto upgrade of the Application which has a default "Ring Alert in the off position. Cheers and thanks John Macmahon (aka Arismac)
