Hi @Doolij00. Can you please let us know which model of Ring Doorbell you have? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Not every Doorbell is compatible with 5GHz networks, so it's important for your router to offer 2.4GHz. If you cannot get your Doorbell [reconnected to wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi), try completing a full reset by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is done, attempt a new setup on the Doorbell with the steps under Set Up a Device. If you run into any specific errors during the new setup attempt, we have some troubleshooting steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217240386-Fixing-Repeated-In-App-Setup-Failures) that may help. Should none of those steps work, and you're unable to get your Ring Doorbell reconnected to wifi, please follow up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Contact-Us) for additional assistance. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
