disarming

i cannot disarm the motion, it just keep alerting me and showing motion detection, then sometimes it just black screen, then sometimes it shows noone walking in the motion zones but people come to the front door, this is getting wild its like it has a mind of its own. have had other issues but was able to resolve them these ones are just to stubborn, any ideas what it going on. its a video doorbell.
