  Hey @KimD. If you got the traditional Ring Security Screwdriver, one side will be the traditional Phillips Head, but you will need to take out the metal and flip it around to get the Security Screw side. Once you flip it around, it should work! In the event this is not the case, you can get spare parts from Ring.com under accessories. Let me know if this helps steer you in the right direction! :)

  I did not get the Phillips screw, only a drill bit that you use to make holes.
