How do I get an alarm certificate for Insurance

To obtain a certificate for your insurance, you will need to be the Ring account owner, have a Ring Alarm system with the Ring Alarm Pro subscription, and have Professional Monitoring enabled. You can then follow the instructions outlined in this article to obtain a Professional Monitoring certificate from the Ring app or from Ring.com.

Call customer service. They can send you one I believe.
