Devices all crackling

Question

I have two video doorbells and a spotlight out back and have had them work perfectly fine until a few days ago. Now anytime it records or I go live it make a crackling noise on my phone and at the device as well.  I looked and my internet connection is fine and always has been. I’ve deleted the app and reset the devices and still the same. I just don’t understand how they all started doing it at the same time.  Please help me fix this or I’m gonna need to get rid of them it’s worthless with these sounds.
