I called in having issues with a replacement Ring 3 doorbell the rep kept telling me it was WiFi only and that it was my phone setting. I finally just hung up because he kept interrupting me and not paying attention. I figured Ring would know better than Amazon I was wrong Amazon figured it out immediately
